If you are a woman seeking answers for how you can improve your pain, movement and quality of life, I am glad you are here.
Pain from our muscles, joints, ligaments and bones, or musculoskeletal pain, is a worldwide problem. We know this pain can lead to or worsen anxiety, depression and other mental health problems. We also know that our “health behaviors,” such as smoking, alcohol use, diet and overall physical activity have a great impact on our general health. That is why I address our mind/body connection, our health behaviors, and a solid physical therapy approach in my education in social media, courses and in my consults.
Addressing musculoskeletal pain is an essential part of women’s health, yet sometimes it doesn’t get the attention that is needed in the shuffle and fast pace of medicine. You may have been to many healthcare providers, even been told that there is nothing they can do. I have had many patients tell me that who have gone on to improve their quality of life.
Let’s get started! Book a FREE discovery call with me below and we can talk about it, and what I think is a good direction for you.
Warm Regards,
Deborah Riczo
